Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations, including security, training, and reporting. Maintain and monitor employee files and records.

Maintain all safety records for all employees including OSHA, DOT, and HAZMAT maintenance. Perform monthly inspections of the facility.
Interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining employees. Ensure that all staff are trained and qualified to meet the needs of the department.
Assist with integration of recruiting and development of staff. Utilize the resources to develop and implement new programs and services.
Oversee the development of the annual competencies and objectives for the department. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the practice.
Managed patient care coordination with medical team, including evaluations, discharges, and discharge summaries. Provided skilled physical therapy services to patients with neurological, orthopedic, and respiratory conditions.
Evaluates and examines patients for functional capacity, as well as post-operative treatments. (i.e.
Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings and other activities as assigned. Attends and participates in weekly meetings with the Director of rehab.
Performed manual therapy techniques such as soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilizations, and soft tissue mobilization. Evaluated and treated patients with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
